1. The name ‘Visit Monmouthshire, ‘Discover Monmouthshire’ us’ or ‘we’, ‘our’, all stand for ‘Discover the UK’ tourism. ‘You’ means the person or business/company either visiting this web site or as specified on the Private or Business Registration Pages.
2. By completing any of the ‘Visit Monmouthshire’ Registration Pages ‘You’
accept and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
3. ‘Discover the UK’ Tourism reserves the right to refuse any advertising for whatever reason.

9 Any Advertiser (Private or Business) shall indemnify ‘Discover the UK’ Tourism against all Actions, Suits, Claims, Demands, Costs, Charges, Damages, Losses and Expenses suffered or incurred due to or arising out of the advertising by ‘us’ of any advertisement for the advertiser, including (without limitation) any claim for deformation or the infringement of any third parties copyright other intellectual
property rights.
